Painter

Izaac Reijnders started as a house painter but became famous as autodidact art painter with his beautiful landscape paintings. Several of his prints are collected with the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. Izaac Reijnders was included in the ‘Waller Biographic Lexicon of the North-Netherlands’ engravers 1838 as well as in the ‘Lexicon Dutch Visual Artists 1750 – 1950’by Pieter A. Scheen.
